Dan Gleiter | email@example.com A rally in support of Second Amendment rights is set for Tuesday on the Capitol Steps in Harrisburg. State Rep. Daryl Metcalfe, R-Butler County, announced the “Rally to Protect Your Right to Keep and Bear Arms” will be held at 11 a.m., rain or shine. The event was established in 2006, and dozens of lawmakers and hundreds of citizens attend each year in support of the Second Amendment, Metcalfe said in a press release. This year’s speakers include Kelly Ann Pidgeon, Armed and Feminine LLC; Joshua Prince, chief counsel, Firearms Industry Consulting Group; Grant Schmidt, founder and lead instructor, Shot Tec, LLC; Marc Scaringi, founding attorney, Scaringi Law; Kim Stolfer, president, Firearms Owners Against Crime and several state lawmakers.
