"At the end of the day, we saw a dominant president and a befuddled former vice president go at it," Navarro said. Claiming moderator Chris Wallace of Fox News skewed the debate in favor of Biden, Navarro argued, "It would have been a very different debate if we had somebody there who was fair and balanced."
