Radio’s most popular conservative talker and a Fox TV host told us that he’s had seven New York Times bestsellers and never won a single review. His latest, American Marxism , is nearing 1 million in sales, and still, it’s crickets from the liberal newspaper that has the book atop its list of bestsellers for four straight weeks. It’s also America’s bestseller, retaining its No. 1 place on Amazon. “I’m sure they’d hate it,” he said. Chris Stirewalt continues his steady comeback after being fired as Fox’s political news director after former President Donald Trump criticized his decision to call Arizona early for Joe Biden on election night. We hear that he will emcee the Competitive Enterprise Institute’s Julian L. Simon Memorial Award Dinner on Sept. 21. Stirewalt is now the political editor of the Dispatch and a senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute.
