Caribou becomes 'Second Amendment sanctuary city'

"Second Amendment sanctuary" status is mostly symbolic. The towns and cities that pass them are still subject to state and federal gun laws. Caribou has become the state’s third "Second Amendment sanctuary city," following the lead of Paris and Fort Fairfield.
