HARRISBURG, Pa. — Donald Trump Jr. made a campaign stop in Harrisburg, Wednesday, at the Blue Ridge Sportsman Club, where he was greeted by about a hundred or so supporters for the outdoor event. His visit comes with less than 50 days until Election Day. While the coronavirus remains a top concern for many Americans, the fiery crowd in West Hanover overwhelmingly wanted to hear the President’s son reassure them that their Second Amendment rights were protected. Hannah German shared that this is her second time voting in a presidential election, and this will be her second time voting for Donald Trump. She also shared that gun rights were a top concern for her. "I love the Second Amendment," German said. "I don’t think it should be taken away." Rose Anne Horan shared similar thoughts. "Biden just wants to take the guns away and have gun control, and if you want to defund the cops, like he wants to do, what are we supposed to do? Defend ourselves with what? Our guns,” Horan claimed. Shortly after taking the podium, Trump Jr. wasted no time reassuring and letting the crowd know where the campaign stands on gun rights. "It’s not that easy being a vocal Second Amendment advocate,” Trump Jr. said. "Law and order shouldn’t be controversial," Trump Jr. said, speaking one-on-one with CBS 21 News.
