First of all you are confusing court ordered rights with constitutional rights. Per the courts, women have the right to an abortion if they so choose. The question is not whether it can be done but who has to pay for it. Bear in mind also that this is not a health issue except in a very few number of instances in the overall total. The constitution does not guarantee this right. The anti-abortion wing of the right is based on religious beliefs. It would be hypocritical of them to rant religion on one hand and condemn it on the other. Personally, I do not believe in or condone either side on this matter, abortion or faith healing, as it is a personal choice and religious belief. So who’s rights do you wish to deny? Read the second amendment, does "… shall not be infringed." sound familiar? There again you make a false assertion. The battle over gun rights is the efforts of the democrats to remove multiple firearms based only on cosmetics or basic function. When the second amendment was enacted, every citizen had the same weaponry as the military and that’s not what this fight is over. I would love to see proof of your allegations. "… i.e. right to vote, peaceful protest, etc." that you listed as being denied. I have seen these things being done by the far left, not the right.
