McCracken County passes resolution becoming Second Amendment Sanctuary

MCCRACKEN COUNTY (WSIL) — The McCracken County Fiscal Court has approved a resolution for the county to become a second amendment sanctuary. The resolution acts as official support for residents’ second amendment rights and opposes any laws that would infringe upon the rights of gun owners. The resolution states, "We, the People of McCracken County, Kentucky, through this resolution hereby declare our rights, our freedom and our liberty as guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States of America."
