One State’s Gun Control Initiative Will Appear On The Nov. Ballot Despite Questionable Practices

Did anyone think this would remain off the ballot? Rights? What rights? Maybe if you can’t figure out the ballot initiative you shouldn’t be voting anyway. If you’re merely acting on emotion, vote away. Once upon a time there was a bill billed and labeled so wonderful they just had to pass it. Those that wondered what it was all about asked, and the answer was: “We have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it.” Gun control via ballot initiatives worry me. Put an assault weapons ban up to a popular vote and I’m not confident it wouldn’t pass.
