With all the hoopla regarding Milwaukee basketball player and former SMU player Sterling Brown, where is the discussion about his illegal parking in two handicap-parking spaces? This would not have even happened if he had not parked illegally. I don’t know anyone else who does that. Such places are for disabled folks to access business and other locations as easy as possible.
