President Joe Biden promised new gun-control measures in the wake of two recent mass shootings, but voters overwhelming believe their right to own guns is protected by the Constitution. A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 76% of Likely U.S. Voters say the U.S. Constitution guarantees the right of an average citizen to own a gun.
