Buckner was born and raised in Walterboro, SC. He moved to Florida in 2003 to attend law school and returned to South Carolina in 2009. What is the top issue facing the people you will represent? "I believe abortion is the top issue facing the people of South Carolina. Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood, defined too many children as ‘any more than the mother can look after and the father make a living for.’ She believed the most merciful thing that the large family does to one of its infant members is to kill it.
